WOMEN INVOLVED IN PARRICIDE CASES SHOULD BE FIRST TURNED OVER BY THE COURTS TO SOCIAL WELFARE AUTHORITIES AND SUBJECTED TO PSYCHIATRIC OR MENTAL HEALTH EXAMINATION BEFORE BEING THROWN TO JAIL.
