SENATOR LOREN LEGARDA TODAY STRESSED THAT THE GOVERNMENT MUST GIVE HIGH PRIORITY AND PREFERENTIAL ACTION TO DISASTER RISK REDUCTION (DRR) AND CLIMATE CHANGE ADAPTATION (CCA) AS THE COUNTRY IS HIGHLY VULNERABLE TO DISASTERS.
