THE SENATOR LOREN LEGARDA LECTURE SERIES ON PHILIPPINE TRADITIONAL TEXTILES AND INDIGENOUS KNOWLEDGE OFFICIALLY STARTS TODAY ALONG WITH THE PREVIEW OF THE TEXTILE GALLERIES AT THE NATIONAL MUSEUM.
