SENATOR LOREN LEGARDA ANNOUNCED THE ARRIVAL IN THE PHILIPPINES TODAY OF MS. MARGARETA WAHLSTRÖM, SPECIAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE UNITED NATIONS SECRETARY-GENERAL FOR DISASTER RISK REDUCTION.
