Senator Loren Legarda today hailed US President Barack Obama’s plan to significantly reduce emissions from US power plants as part of his commitment to fight climate change.

Another milestone has been reached as the Philippines participates, for the first time ever, at the 2016 Venice Architecture Biennale. The announcement was made as the open call for curatorial proposals was revealed today.
