Legarda: Provide our PWDs equitable opportunities for growth

In celebration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, three-term Senator, now Deputy Speaker, Loren Legarda called for an inclusive and equitable growth that would reduce the barriers faced by persons with disabilities (PWDs).
